Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) provide individual care following the plan of treatment under supervision of our Registered Nurses.
Medical Social Social Services
and Certified Home Health Care
Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) assist patients and their family to identify community resources that will help patients remain safe at home.
Our Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) provide personal care, bathing, and aide in the overall improvement of patients' quality of life.
